The room was extremely spacious and the staff amicable. The location of the hotel was particularly good, in the middle of the city. Moreover, it was 5 km from Mace Beaumount.

The property's location was fantastic, right next to a pub and walking trails.

So glad we choose it, it's excellent base for staying in Hertford. Overall the staff is excellent and affable. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable. The hotel offers a wide array of food that was good.

The double room here had central heating, an iron, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, which were all really convenient 👍.

the room was cozy and clean, with comfortable beds that made our stay very pleasant. the location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery and with plenty of nearby attractions to visit. And the best part? the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. the room could have used some freshening up, as it seemed a bit outdated.
